Refund policy

We want you to love your tee. If something's off, we'll make it right. No runaround, no hoops, no three-email thread to figure out what went wrong.

We'll refund you if:

  • We sent you the wrong item (our bad, not yours)

  • Your shirt arrived damaged or defective

You've got 30 days from your order date to let us know. That's it.

To get a refund: Email support@chalkrot.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll handle it from there.

The fine print: This policy gets updated occasionally. For the most current version just shoot us an email. We promise it's shorter than the approach to your favorite crag.

Care instructions: Every order ships with washing instructions so your tee survives as many sessions as you do. Because a ruined shirt is almost as bad as a promblem that got reset right before you were about to send.
